Murakami Corporation (hereafter, “the Company”) considers it of key importance to protect the privacy and personal information of our customers, and we take the utmost care in guarding and managing any and all personal information provided by our customers, and will strive to safely manage such information to prevent against loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage.

When personal information is given by the customer, the Company will inform you of the purpose and the range of third parties to whom such information may be provided. In no case will personal information provided by customers be used for any purposes outside those specifically stated by the Company or shared with any third parties outside those the Company has made known in advance.

Personal information provided by customers will not be disclosed or provided to any third party, except:

1. When the Company has obtained the customer's explicit consent.
2. When the Company discloses the information to direct subcontractors or business partners, but only to the extent necessary in accordance with services requested by the customer.
3. When required by law.
4. When it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and it is not feasible to obtain the consent of the information provider.

If the Company receives any of the following requests from a customer regarding their own personal information registered with the Company, the Company will, with respect to customer intent, comply within a reasonable scope.

1. Information verification.
2. Correcting, updating or deleting information.
3. Partial or complete withdrawal of consent already given to the Company.
